Terms of Service

Effective date: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Taco Tuesday (the “Service”), a product of Iron Hill Digital, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Taco Tuesday is a recipe management application that allows you to save, organize, and share recipes, plan meals, and generate grocery lists. We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Taco Tuesday offers a 7-day free trial and a paid subscription (“The Whole Enchilada”). Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through RevenueCat and processed by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are billed through Apple and governed by Apple’s payment terms.

  • Free trial: 7 days of full access, no credit card required. After the trial, accounts without a subscription become read-only.
  • The Whole Enchilada: Unlimited recipes, unlimited clipping, meal planning, and multiple grocery stores. Billed monthly or annually at the rates shown at time of purchase.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
  • Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before increasing subscription prices.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all recipes, photos, and other content you create or upload in Taco Tuesday. By making a recipe public, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display it to other users of the Service. You may make your recipes private or delete them at any time.

Clipped and imported content: When you use the recipe clipping feature to save content from third-party websites, you are responsible for ensuring your personal use of that content complies with the original source’s terms of use. The clipping feature is intended for personal recipe saving, not for republishing or redistributing third-party content.

Your representations: By submitting content, you represent that (a) you own it or have the necessary rights to submit it, (b) it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and (c) any recipe photos you upload are your own or you have permission to use them.

Copyright infringement: If you believe content on Taco Tuesday infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@tacotuesdayapp.com with a description of the content and your claim. We will respond promptly and remove infringing content where appropriate.

5. AI-Assisted Extraction

The Service uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to extract recipe data from URLs you provide. This feature is subject to usage limits based on your plan. Extracted content is subject to the same terms as your other content. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
